With the tip of a very sharp knife, cut the linguica into pieces and place them in a bowl
Add the onion, bread crumbs, egg, cake flour, chili flakes, salt, and pepper
Mix well so that all the ingredients combine
Divide the mixture into eight equal parts, shape into balls, and flatten into burger shapes
Place the burgers in a flat container, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for two hours
Fry the burgers in a little oil or grill, turning them over both sides until golden brown
