1 round pork cutlet (rosette or hamburger) cut in half
1 Peruvian hamburger patty
3 or 4 slices of prato cheese
1 tablespoon of corn relish
1 pickled onion, sliced
2 lettuce leaves, in strips
3 tomato slice
1 cherry tomato, halved

Remove the bone and skin the pork cutlet
While that's happening, grill the Peruvian hamurger patty on both sides
Top with cheese slices, cover with a lid and let it melt
Place the hamurger patty on the lower half of the bun, previously moistened with relish
Quickly pass the pickled onion through the juices where the hamurger was cooked and place it on top of the cheese
On the other side of the bun, arrange the lettuce strips and tomato slices
Top the sandwich and secure with toothpicks adorned with halved cherry tomatoes.
