zest of 1/2 orange, reconstituted
1 x-cup hot water
2 tablespoons grated ginger
juice of 1 orange
2 tablespoons lemon juice
zest of 1/2 orange, reconstituted
1 x-cup hot water
2 tablespoons grated ginger
juice of 1 orange
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Pour the hot water over the finely sliced orange zest
Add the grated ginger and let it cool
Combine the fruit juices
Chill and store in the refrigerator
Serve over ice cubes, garnished with a sprig of mint if desired.
