One and a half cups of yogurt

One tablespoon of dried mint, finely chopped
One teaspoon of salt

Blend the yogurt, cumin, mint, and salt in a blender for a few minutes
Add the cold water gradually, stirring the mixture with a spoon
Then blend again and mix for two more minutes
Note: In a new recipe, you can substitute salt with sugar and cumin and mint with rosewater
You may also use rosewater instead of spices in another recipe.
