Ingredients: Peel of 1/2 orange; Juice of 1 1/2 large oranges; 1 cinnamon stick; 200 g sugar; 1/2 orange; 1/2 liter clear rum

Directions

Wash an orange and scrape the peel from half of it

In a pot, mix this peel with orange juice, cinnamon stick, and sugar

Allow to boil and cook slowly for 15 minutes

Strain into a bottle through a fine cloth

Remove the white pith from one half of an orange and cut thin slices

Add to the bottle

Next, add the rum and seal tightly
