Arrange the potato in a medium-sized baking dish and place the pork loin on top, fat side up
Mix the water with the vinegar and English sauce and pour over the pork loin

Remove from the microwave
Distribute the agria around the pork loin and drizzle with olive oil
Cover and cook in the microwave at high power until the agria is tender (approximately 3 minutes)
