In a bowl, mix together the flour and pecans with salt
Add the butter or margarine cut into small pieces and mix well
Sprinkle with cold water, stirring with a fork until everything is moistened
Shape the mixture into a ball
Roll out the crust on a floured surface and line it with a 24 cm tart pan
Trim the edge and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 15 minutes on the lowest rack.
