In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients well
Add the water, stir, cover, and refrigerate for one day before serving
The flavor of this oatmeal will be better if it sits in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days
Serve chilled; if desired, with some banana slices on top, with milk or yogurt
