4 cups of melted cheese

1 tablespoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of green peppercorns
4 eggs
100g of grated Gouda cheese

Chop the cheese
Heat it with the cream over medium heat
Add the wine, mustard, and peppercorns
Stir well
Reduce the heat to low
Add the eggs and grated Gouda cheese
Let it melt slightly
Do not let it cook too much so it doesn't curdle
Serve hot on an electric or gas stovetop.
