1 cup evaporated milk (1/2 can)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon English mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients, except for oil, in a blender for 3 minutes
Gradually add the oil while continuing to blend until the desired consistency is reached
Use this sauce to season vegetables or salads.
