Massaculo with sauce

    Pick up a piece of massaculo and cut it in half lengthwise. Stuff 2 crushed garlic cloves with salt into the meat. With this massaculo, make a good broth. When the broth is ready and the massaculo is well cooked, remove the meat and cut it into very thin slices. Serve with the following sauce:

    a small piece of pickles

    a small onion

    a slice of morning chicken breast marinated in vinegar

    Put everything into a blender and blend well. Serve separately in a serving bowl.
