In a saucepan, combine the ground peanuts, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and egg yolks
Bring to a low heat, stirring constantly, until a smooth cream forms
Let cool and add the white wine
Mix well and reserve
Hydrate and dissolve the gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions and reserve
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in the gelatin
Mix delicately and add the peanut butter creme
Mix slowly and incorporate the whipped cream, using low-to-high stirring motions
Pour into individual serving cups and refrigerate until firm
Serve decorated with chocolate sauce.
