6 tablespoons of honey
Honey to taste for serving
1 cup of roasted and ground peanuts
6 nests of angel-hair pasta
6 tablespoons of honey
Honey to taste for serving
Bring a pot of water to a boil, then reduce heat
Add the pasta nests gently with the help of a skimmer, being careful not to unravel them
Cook until they start to uncoil
Carefully lift out the pasta nests from the boiling water and let them drain on a clean cloth
Transfer them to a baking dish lined with parchment paper and greased, then fill the center of each nest with roasted and ground peanuts
Drizzle each one with 1 tablespoon of honey and bake in a medium oven preheated to golden brown until they are crispy and caramelized
Lift out the peanut bites from the oven while still warm using a spatula and arrange them on a platter
Serve warm, drizzling with more honey as desired.
