Place the oil in the frying pan and turn the heat up high
When it's hot, sprinkle a tablespoon of wheat flour over it

Crack the egg into a small bowl and carefully pour it into the hot oil
Scoop up some of the hot oil with a spoon and drizzle it over the yolk
Remove the egg with a slotted spoon and serve.
