Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with the milk, tomato, and salt
In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter and then add the egg mixture
Let it cook until the edges start to set, then gently stir until cooked through
Avoid letting it cook for too long, or it will dry out
Serve with bread.
