Mix everything, except the flour, in a blender
Transfer to a deep plastic bowl
Add the flour gradually, mixing and kneading well
If it becomes too soft, add more flour
Cover with a clean cloth and let rise for about an hour or until it doubles in volume
Shape the small loaves like little baguettes
Transfer to a greased baking sheet covered and reserve
Make a small ball of dough and put it in a cup with water
Let it rise until the ball rises above the surface
Bake in a medium preheated oven until the top is golden brown.
