4 egg whites (and yolks separated)
2 1/4 cups of cornstarch
1 1/4 cup of hot milk
1 1/4 cup of corn oil
1 1/4 cup of cassava
1 1/4 cup of wheat flour
1 spoonful of active dry yeast
Butter for greasing

In a stand mixer, beat the egg whites until snowy
Add the yolks one by one while the mixer is still running and continue beating until a smooth mixture forms
Add the cornstarch, milk, oil, cassava, and flour
Mix well and add the yeast
Grease a round cake pan with butter and dust with cornstarch
Place in a moderate oven (180°C) that has been preheated for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the batter comes out clean
Let it cool down, then turn it over, dust with cassava and serve.
