1 fish of 1.5 kg (such as tuna, sea bass, or dorado)

1/2 cup of fresh breadcrumbs
1/4 cup of heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven
Season the fish with salt and pepper inside and out
Mix together the remaining ingredients, excluding oil
Stuff the fish with the mixture
Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil
Drizzle with oil
Bake in a moderate temperature oven
Serve with well-seasoned mayonnaise
Let it rest for 6 hours.
