Salt to taste
1/2 cup of butter
3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, cubed (100g)
1/2 cup of melted cheddar cheese, cubed (70g)
1/2 cup of Italian-style cheese, cubed
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (50g)
1 cup of heavy cream
500g of penne pasta

Cook the penne pasta in boiling salted water until al dente
Drain and quickly rinse under cold running water to stop cooking
Melt the butter in a large skillet
Add the cooked pasta and stir with a wooden spoon
Add the cheeses and stir over low heat (always)
Add the heavy cream and stir until the cheese melts and coats the pasta
Serve immediately
