1 lamb shank of 3 kg
0.5 kg of bacon
1 kg of chourico
1 handful of sauce
2 tablespoons of salt
1 can of pineapple in syrup
1 can of apricot in syrup
0.25 kg of pork belly
1 tablespoon of chili pepper
1 cup of white wine
2 lemons
1 lamb shank of 3 kg
0.5 kg of bacon
1 kg of chourico
1 handful of sauce

1 can of pineapple in syrup
1 can of apricot in syrup
0.25 kg of pork belly
1 tablespoon of chili pepper
1 cup of white wine
2 lemons
Scrape off a lot of lemon on the lamb shank and make several cuts in the meat with a knife
Insert into each cut a slice of bacon, a roll of chourico, sauce, chili pepper, and salt
Rub the entire lamb shank with pork belly and chili pepper
Place it in the baking dish and pour the wine on top carefully
Put it in the oven at moderate temperature to braise
When serving, garnish with fruits in syrup, if desired.
