2 cans of green corn with creamed corn
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablets of chicken broth
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
Salt to taste.
Filling:
100 g grated Minas cheese
100 g grated Provolone cheese
100 g grated Cheddar cheese
100 g creamy Brie cheese
Breadcrumbs

Blend the corn, milk, onion, and broth in a blender
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat it until warm
Add the butter, flour mixed with cornstarch, and salt
Stir until the mixture comes away from the sides of the pan
As the dough cools, mix together the filling ingredients
Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly, like shaping a pancake
Fill each ball with the filling, close it, and dust with breadcrumbs
Fry or bake the rolls.
