2 cups of strawberries
2 ripe bananas, cut into cubes
1 pear, cut into cubes
3 passionfruits, cut into cubes
1 can (200 g) of concentrated orange juice, thawed
1 1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
6 thin slices of lime
1 bottle of chilled white wine or Ginger Ale
sprigs of mint
2 cups of strawberries

Mix the fruits with the concentrated orange juice, water and lemon juice
Place half of this mixture at the bottom of a 4 1/2 cup mold, in the middle
Pour the liquid from this mixture over the fruits, enough to cover them lightly, and refrigerate until set
Refrigerate the remaining fruits
When the fruit mixture in the mold is frozen, top with lime slices and pour in the remaining fruits
Refrigerate again until well set
To serve, unmold the frozen fruits and place them in the center of the punch bowl, garnish with sprigs of mint and cover with white wine and champagne (or Ginger Ale)
Serves 8 to 10.
