    To make half a kilogram of wheat flour pasta, 5 eggs. Spread the flour on a surface, create a hole in the center, place the eggs, mix and knead until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough. Roll it out with a rolling pin or the appropriate machine. If the dough is for lasagna, let it dry slightly before cutting it. If you want to make ravioli, capelets, or cannelloni, prepare them immediately after opening the dough, while it's still fresh. To get green pasta, simply add, to the ingredients, a cup of cooked and pureed spinach.
