4 large guavas
1 package of strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin powder
and water
1 and 1/2 cups of cold water
1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Pulp from 2 large passionfruits
1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of sugar
Blend the guavas in a liquidizer without skins
Strain and reserve
Mix the strawberry and unflavored gelatin powders with hot water, dissolving them completely
Add the sweetened condensed milk and blend well
Add the blended guavas and mix gently until homogeneous
Pour into a moist mold and refrigerate for approximately four hours
Transfer to the refrigerator and reserve
Sauce: In a saucepan, combine the passionfruit pulp mixed with sugar and bring to a simmer over low heat
Remove from heat, unmold the pudding onto a serving plate, and serve chilled.
