Place the Parmesan cheese in the baking dish and put it on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until caramelized
Distribute the caramel throughout the interior of the baking dish. Reserve

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
With a wooden spoon, beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan cheese and unsalted butter
Add the Minas cheese, all-purpose flour, and milk, mixing well
Place in the baking dish and bake in a water bath for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until, when inserting a knife into the pudding, it comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let cool
Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
