Step 1
Mix the dough ingredients and divide into three parts
In a round dish, distribute a thin layer of dough at the bottom
Place a removable round mold on top
Remove excess dough around it and cover the sides
Step 2
In a pan, make a syrup with sugar and water
Beat in eggs and simmer for 3 minutes
Remove from heat and mix in meringue powder
After cooling, pour onto the dough
Cover the bottom of a removable mold pan with parchment paper
Top with the remaining third of the dough
Place the cream on top
Dust with confectioner's sugar.
