2 cups of cooked and chopped spinach

2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onion
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients very well
Place over the half-cured dough, leaving a small space between the mounds (see photos)
Cover with the other half of the dough
Press the seams between the fillings
Then cut with a pastry cutter.
