Cook the fresh smoked salmon with green seasonings
Mash the salmon with a fork
Add the defatted smoked salmon, eggs, butter, lemon, salt, and black pepper
Mix well
Combine with salmon roe and mix delicately
Place in an oiled mold
Refrigerate for three hours
