Mince the green leaves into small pieces and place them in a bowl
Next, mix the olive oil with lemon juice and whisk it with a fork
Season with salt and black pepper
Dress the green leaves with half of the dressing and spread the fish flakes over the surface
Dress with the remaining dressing and refrigerate until serving
