Cut the cucumber and zucchini into thick diagonal slices
Cut the bell peppers into long strips
Peel the garlic cloves and keep them intact
In a skillet, sauté the zucchini and bell peppers separately
Sprinkle with salt and set aside while still warm
In the same skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and caramelize the garlic
Set aside
Now toast the bread cut in half horizontally and assemble the sandwich
Add the grilled vegetables, chopped garlic, and drizzle with more olive oil
Serve immediately.
