For the filling:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion (50g), chopped
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (350g), cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1 cup of water (240ml)
2 French baguettes with gherkins (230g)
1/3 cup of ready-made mango chutney (90g)
For the filling:

Prepare the filling: In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over high heat
Add the garlic and onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until they're softened (3 minutes)
Add the chicken and cook until it's browned (about 15 minutes)
Add the remaining ingredients, except water, and mix well
Moisten with water and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is smooth (about 15 minutes)
Cut each baguette in half lengthwise and spread the filling
Top with mango chutney and cover with the other halves of the baguettes
Cut the sandwiches in half, place on plates, and serve immediately.
