4 tablespoons of semi-sweet chocolate topping
2 1/2 cups of Strawberry jam
1 cup of frozen red fruits (strawberry, raspberry and cherry)
4 tablespoons of semi-sweet chocolate topping
2 1/2 cups of Strawberry jam
1 cup of frozen red fruits (strawberry, raspberry and cherry)
Garnish 4 tall glasses with warm chocolate. Reserve
Place the strawberry jam in a saucepan and bring to a simmer
Remove and pour into a blender
Add the frozen red fruits, blend and pour slowly into the glass with the chocolate topping.
