1 cup of low-fat cream cheese
2 envelopes of flavorless and colorless gelatin
Orange juice from 2 oranges
2 egg whites
500 g of red plums

Dissolve the cornstarch in half the milk and put it in a saucepan

Remove from heat and add the cream cheese
Stir and let cool
Dissolve the gelatin in orange juice and warm it in a water bath until it forms foam on the edges. Reserve
Beat the egg whites into snow and incorporate them with the gelatin and plum cream
Mix delicately and pour into cups
Refrigerate for 4 hours
Serve decorated with black plums.
