1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon of garlic, minced
1 cup of chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon of marjoram
1 sprig of thyme
1 can of concentrated pea cream soup
1 3/4 cups of milk
black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of mint liqueur
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine

Fry the onion and garlic in butter or margarine, but don't let it brown
Add the chicken broth, marjoram, thyme, and bring to a boil
Simmer on low heat for 2 minutes
Add the pea cream soup, milk, and black pepper
Brew and refrigerate for 4 hours
Add the mint liqueur and stir
Serve chilled
Serve 4 portions.
