Large chunks of 1/2 watermelon, diced
5 tablespoons of fresh ginger peel-free, minced
10 ice cubes
Large chunks of 1/2 watermelon, diced

In a blender, puree the watermelon slowly (so seeds don't mix with the pulp)
Strain the juice and blend again with the ginger until it's smooth
Add the ice cubes and blend to achieve a slushy texture
