Wash all the vegetables and spinach thoroughly
Arrange the spinach leaves in a star shape on the plate
Cut the potato, onion, bell peppers, ham, and prosciutto into small cubes of the same size
Boil two pans with water
As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat and gently crack the egg
