Mix the flour, salt, and butter quickly
Add the water and knead until the mixture comes together
If it's too wet, add a little more all-purpose flour
Let it rest for about 15 minutes and roll out the dough on a floured surface

Melt the butter in the tart pan and add one cup of sugar

Core the apples and remove the seeds
Cut into thick slices (about 2 cm) and arrange them in a circular pattern at the bottom of the tart pan
Dust with remaining sugar and put it in the oven to caramelize
