1 can of evaporated milk or 1 packet of non-fat dry milk concentrate
1/2 cup of vinegar
1/3 cup of ketchup
1 package of dried onion soup mix (unprepared)
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
a few drops of hot pepper sauce

In a medium bowl, whisk together all the above ingredients very well
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving
It can be stored in the refrigerator in a closed container for up to two weeks
Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
