Cut each piece of bread into three rectangular shapes
In a bowl, whisk together the two eggs, season with salt and pepper, and mix well
Gradually add the egg whites
Finally, add the shredded cheese, mixing gently until the mixture is united and light
With one side, generously grease each rectangle with this mixture, leaving it as if it were a morin over each one
Arrange them afterwards on a lightly greased tray and put them in the warm oven for a few minutes: the necessary time to toast the bread and lightly brown the topping.
