Grease a bundt pan with the puff pastry, cover with parchment paper and sprinkle crushed peanuts at the bottom
Bake in a preheated oven
until the crust is golden brown
Remove from the oven, discard the peanuts and let cool
Cut the peaches into four pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet
