Preheat the oven to 400°F
Em a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, butter, pecans, yogurt, and sugar
Mix until well combined

Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper
Place the mixture in the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes

In a blender or food processor, combine the whipped cream, milk, yogurt, cocoa powder, sugar, and gelatin
Blend until smooth
