Pastry dough: 2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of confectioners' sugar
4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 large egg
Filling: 250g of pound cake crumbs
100g of confectioners' sugar
250g of fresh heavy cream
3 large eggs
To decorate: 6 mocha sprinkles

Pastry dough: Preheat the oven to high temperature
In a bowl, whisk together flour, confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder, and salt
Add in butter and egg, and mix until smooth
Let it rest for an hour
Butter and shape the dough
Filling: In a bowl, whisk together pound cake crumbs and confectioners' sugar
Add in heavy cream, eggs, and mix until combined
Spread the filling over the pastry and bake for 30 minutes
Remove from oven while still warm and decorate with mocha sprinkles
If desired, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
