1 cup of tart dough
1/2 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
7 medium pears, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Topping:
3/4 cup of flour
80g of butter or margarine
1/3 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of chopped hazelnuts
1 cup of tart dough
1/2 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to a good temperature
Prepare the dough and place it in a tart pan
Mix the pears with flour and sugar
Add them to the dough
Sprinkle with lemon juice
Mix the topping ingredients until you get a granulated texture
Sprinkle over the pears, put it in the oven at moderate temperature, and bake until the dough and topping are golden brown
Serve at room temperature.
