4 tablespoons of rum

1 can of heavy cream
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of rum

Mix the cake crumbs with butter and rum
Knead well
Grease a torte pan and dust with flour
Bake in a preheated oven at moderate temperature for 10-15 minutes
While the cake is baking, prepare the filling:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Remove the cake from the oven
Let it cool
Fill with the cream
Chill before serving
Decorate with whipped cream at serving time.
