Cake Crumb:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
100g butter or margarine
2 tablespoons cold water

Preheat the oven to a nice temperature
Combine the flour and salt in a bowl
Add the butter or margarine in small pieces, crumbling with your fingers
Mix well
Add cold water by the spoonful, stirring the mixture with a fork until all the flour is moistened
If necessary, add an additional 1-2 tablespoons of water
Shape the mixture into a ball
Place on a lightly floured surface
Open out the mixture to be quite thin
Cut circles that are 2cm larger than the nutmeg
Place in slightly greased nutmeg molds
Poke the mixture with a fork
Bake in a hot oven for 8-10 minutes
Let cool.
