Beat the eggs with sugar until they form a light and fluffy cream
Melt the butter or margarine and mix in the lime juice, lime zest, and eggs
Cook stirring constantly until it thickens slightly
(Do not let it boil.) Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit without damaging the skin
Cut the avocado flesh into cubes, place it back in the skins, and spoon a little sauce on top
Serve for 4 people.
