2 zucchinis, salt and black pepper to taste
200g of shredded cheese
2 tablespoons (of soup) of water

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Cut each zucchini in half lengthwise
Make superficial cuts on each part and season with salt and black pepper
Place in a small refractory dish and cover with shredded cheese cut into slices
Add the water and cover with aluminum foil
Leave in the oven for 30 minutes
Serves 2 people.
