1/2 bunch of fresh green onions

4 large potatoes
Salt to taste
3-4 tablespoons of prepared horseradish (comes in jars)

3-4 tablespoons of prepared horseradish (comes in jars)
Place the meat in 1/2 liter of boiling water, along with parsley, onion, green onions, cloves, salt, black pepper, and bay leaf
Cover the pot and cook until the meat is tender
If necessary, add more water
After cooking, slice the meat into thick pieces and keep it warm
To accompany, grate a peeled potato in a fine grater and mix rapidly with prepared horseradish and salt to taste
Serve 4 portions.
