3 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups milk
1 cup chopped green olives
1/2 cup chopped pickle relish
1/4 cup minced garlic
3 eggs
3 Italian bread fillets, 870g, without skin (in small pieces)
Salt and black pepper to taste
For frying
3 cups breadcrumbs
3 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups milk
1 cup chopped green olives
1/2 cup chopped pickle relish

Salt and black pepper to taste
For frying
3 cups breadcrumbs
Soak the chicken in milk for 5 minutes
Combine with other ingredients and mix by hand until a dough forms
Shape into balls about 1.2 inches in diameter
Fry when the oil is hot enough
Serve as an appetizer, with macaroni sauce or as a second course.
