Heat a pan with the two spoons of oil, onion, and garlic
Fry until golden brown
Add the sauce, meat, and salt
Stir well to ensure the meat is loose and there's no liquid left. Reserve
Dough
In a medium pan, mix well the flour with milk and butter
Heat high, stirring constantly until it forms a ball that releases from the bottom of the pan
Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes
Assembly
Add one egg to the dough and mix well
Open small pockets on a surface dusted with all-purpose flour
Cut out with the cookie cutter, place some reserved filling in the center, and close the edges
Repeat until all ingredients are used up
Finishing
Fry the meat rolls in hot oil until golden brown
Remove them with a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on paper towels
